Referrals: Should you introduce a friend or colleague to BPI which results in them purchasing a property, an introductory bonus of £200 will be paid to you for the first property they buy, and £100 for each subsequent property they purchase.

Payment will be made within 30 days after closing.  Normally, only current clients will qualify for this bonus, and the people they introduce must not be previously known to BPI.
